The Currituck Club
At the Currituck Club, Rees Jones has brought to life his philosophy of golf course design - to create an environment for the game of golf that is challenging, fair and aesthetically pleasing, using as his canvas the type of land where golf began. This traditional Scottish Links style course produces a breathtaking layout that stretches across 6,885 yards of remarkably diverse coastal terrain, including sand dunes, wetlands, maritime forests and sound side shoreline.
Kilmarlic Golf Club
Consistently rates as one of the top courses on North Carolina's historical Outer Banks, Kilmarlic Golf Club sits among 605 acres of maritime forest and sprawling wetlands. Award winning course architect Tom Steele's classic design creates stimulating challenges with it's outstanding layout and conditioning. The primary landing areas in the fairways are generous, leading to gently sloping greens surrounded by contoured approach area and deep greenside bunkers. Golf Digest gave Kilmarlic a 4-star rating.
Nags Head Golf Links
The course at Nags Head Golf Links was designed to delight players of all abilities. In addition to offering remarkable views, its setting along the banks of the historic Roanoke Sound provides a temperate climate which yields outstanding course conditions year round. Featured in Golf Digest, Southern Links and GolfWeek, Nags Head Golf Links is a perennial favorite and an authentic glimpse at golf the way it was meant to be.
The Pines at Elizabeth City
This 7,017 yard, par 72 course winds through the Albemarle pink thickets and features elevated greens, wide fairways and large chipping areas. All of the greens have been rebuilt to USGA specifications and boast A1/A4 bentgrass while the tees and fairways feature a new hybrid of Bermuda grass, which is more heat resistant. The sand bunkers are new and lined to protect from erosion and discoloration. The full service practice facilities have also been completely renovated and feature target greens, fairways and putting green.
